i wonder with all those plugins which make your MIX SO GREAT! which really are good and essential?

i never just mix with headphones and finalize, i listen to the mix also with my studio monitors, cheap headphones on mp3 player and studio headphones.

Agreed. OP do a little research on what Sonarworks is and then ask questions. I dont mean this sarcastically - I am being sincere - you dont seem to know what Sonarworks is because your questions arent relevant to it.
