My Feedback
Music - 9
Instruments - 9
Performance - 9
Mix - 8
Overall - 8.75
Comments: When you say unfinished, do you mean the mix, the arrangement, melody? Hard to know what to comment on without knowing what's left to be done. Melody wise, it's minimalist but moving in arrangement so it works. Mix does sound like it's not quite there yet so that's probably what you're referring to by unfinished but not sure if that's all. What you have so far is pretty good for unfinished. Some finished tracks don't sound this good. So well done so far.

Nice track, picking up high freq ringin @ beginning on higher notes, intensional? Noticeable on small speakers and headphones, may not on larger setup.
Strings nice, bit of added warmth with volumes short increase at certain stages, verb or saturation.
Overall pleasant track has afx feel, would like variation on beat, bit of a click on kick..
Other than that

Hi and thank you for listening. Really appreciate your comments and the feedback system . Yeah, sorry it's mainly the mix that's unfinished. I wont be adding any more sounds/instruments. Just maybe some fills and a little more percussion. Some tweaking of the arrangement slightly.wagtunes wrote:My Feedback

Nice track, nice composition. The Ghostwave sounds are very nice. Synplant is nice. It was also nice to hear sounds from Microtonic which are more acoustic.
Cheers.

Thank you for taking the time to listen. Yes they are great soundbanks. Synplant still amazes me. Can't wait for the update.mevla wrote:Nice track, nice composition. The Ghostwave sounds are very nice. Synplant is nice. It was also nice to hear sounds from Microtonic which are more acoustic.

This one manages to be both sombre and uplifting at the same time. You're playing with my head again. Nice choice of sounds. I really liked the big sounding bass, almost like a pipe-organ. It worked very well with the sounds in the higher registers, which might explain the contrast I noted earlier. The microtonic percussion was great too.
Good work

Nice track!
An interesting combination moods. As your title implies, sort of purgatorial.

Really liked the mood until the drums came in. They pulled things back into the ordinary, especially as the pattern then didn't change much and the drum sounds were also quite standard. Instead of drums, an interesting lead sound would have made this a far more emotional and deep track imo. That said, I still liked it very much, so put me in the 'positive reply' camp.
