Yes! I am very excited about this. IMO the most raw crisp sounding free VSTi, deserves much more attention.

I chose Voyager as my first synth to dig into for making a full-sized bank precisely because it's so good sounding and such a difficult (or at least big) synth to program. As much as I liked the sound of the synth, I found the existing banks to not be very useful to me. I've been hesitant to release the bank, though, because you never know if the sounds you make can work in the music someone else is making.

I'm thinking of attacking the free Minimogue next. It seems to have a lot of untapped potential.

It took me a year to do the Voyager patches. Granted, it wasn't a solid year, but life happens. How about when I finish the Minimogue patches (I have 5 so far), if anyone cares enough I'll put the choice of the next synth up for a vote?

It remains to be seen if a single person likes a single patch of mine.

I just reviewed the synth. I was shocked that I was the first to do it. I hate to be the only one.

Oh yeah. I forgot to say this is a very nice set of patches and I have definately used them to explore music. It shows a wide variety of the synth's features. Its a pretty good set. Has some interesting ideas and is pretty big considering this is your first whack a bank-making. Thanks!

Thanks funkadil! My goal was mostly "musical" bread&butter stuff I would use. Voyager is my go-to synth for clean notes that are interesting when you keep them held.

Subz. I'd LOVE hosting. Watch your mail.
