I recently took advantage of the Summer Of Sound sale and purchased the Komplete 8 update from K7. I know a lot of people some very negative things to say about Native Instruments as have but they came through for me and I thought I would offer some positives comments.
Long story short; I discovered a defective install DVD about 8 disks in and they came through to solve the problem in less than 12 hours. I maintained my professional bearing, went through the right channels, and "Patrick" and "Shannon" had me sorted in no time. ---- "Let us wander through a great modern city with our ears more alert than our eyes..."
