pan fried catfish, fresh cut fries, steamed broccoli...knocked it out in an hour including prep, pops and kids are actually eating it so i am happy...i gotta have a few Heinekens before i dine, i don't like eating what i just cooked... but i did taste and it's delish ---- i got the moves like Wyman... |

just made a mini-pizza with a corn/jalapeno flatbread for the base, crushed tomatoes and green salsa, sliced black olives and cheddar -- put it under the broiler for four minutes (no patience for baking later: vanilla ice cream with espresso-roasted mexican coffee ---- 5 twelve |

mehh whole wheat spaghetti with vegetarian sauce (tomatoes,red lentils,grated carrots garlic ect) with cool glass of water. sounds healthy yes? taste alright ,but later I'll be going to georges's bbq for chicken,fries,gravy,mayo and hotsauce he he catfish sounds nice never had it ---- Nobody's a nobody... |

C'mon over VitaminD! I just put the burger and onions on the grill. Wife and kid off island for a few days--kick'n back. I ate the beans for lunch, too. Never had luck making fries.
