just made a mini-pizza with a corn/jalapeno flatbread for the base, crushed tomatoes and green salsa, sliced black olives and cheddar -- put it under the broiler for four minutes (no patience for baking HiHi)

later: vanilla ice cream with espresso-roasted mexican coffee

Leftover shepherd's pie, the one we froze soon as it (and the one we ate first) cooled.

P.S.: Thawed and reheated before eating. Not frozen shepsicles.

C'mon over VitaminD! I just put the burger and onions on the grill. Wife and kid off island for a few days--kick'n back. I ate the beans for lunch, too. Never had luck making fries.
