Recently purchased subboombass and im having trouble installing it. It will start installing, then near the end a message comes up saying, 'the following installation step failed: run postflight script for subboombass files. Contact manufacturer for assistance'.
iv contacted them and waiting a reply. Woundered if anyone on here could help! im running an imac with osx 10.6 cheers |

Make sure you log into your Papen account to see your response to your help request.
