Stability | the evm bassline 1.1 is my "go to" when creating any type of acoustic or electric sounding bass guitar. while the presets are a good starting point, reflecting the typical "drum machine" type of stock bass sounds, the real usefulness comes with editing the parameters to create a multitude of various sounds, fine tuning for each song.
the parameters on this vst are just great. frequency, decay, attack, octaves, you can really dial in exactly what you're looking for. the gui is outstanding, easy to use, just what you need and nothing more.
it's one of those vst's that i come back to time and again. i have a whole arsenal of samples: jazz basses, fender precision, but for ease of use and clarity of sound bassline delivers the goods. it does have a "techno" quality to it, and if you're not into that you might want to stick with your samples.
if there is a manual and/or support i have yet to seek it out. don't need to yet...and it's never crashed or gotten buggy (fingers x-ed). |
