Music IO team introduces Windows support for Audio and MIDI over USB to an iOS device
The Music IO team (Audeonic Apps, Confusionist Studios, and Secret Base Design) have released a new VST plugin that supports streaming of audio and MIDI over an ordinary USB sync cable, expanding support to Windows Vista, 7, and 8.
The new VST plugin is an open beta, and feedback is very much appreciated. The MIDI-only version of Music IO is currently free, and will stay that way during the beta test. The VST plugin also works with the combined audio and MIDI iOS app.
