discoDSP has updated the Linux version of Discovery to R3.1.

Changes:

• Edit > Config > MIDI Out switches Discovery's VST MIDI Out.
• MIDI CC 30 and 31 now use full range instead one number for each oscillator.
• Overall bug fixes.
• Manual revision.
