Waves has announced that its GTR Solo software is now available for free for one full year.

GTR Solo features:

• 10 Amp Models—Fender, Marshall, Vox, and others.
• 13 Stomp FX—distortion, wahwah, flanger, and more.
• 10 Cabs—for massive stacks of sound.

GTR Solo is available for Mac OS X and Windows in VST, AU and RTAS plug-in formats.
