Cableguys updates FilterShaper for Mac to v2.0.2

Cableguys has updated the Mac version of FilterShaper to v2.0.2.

Changes:

Mac: It could happen that FilterShaper's controls had been disabled when certain other VST plugins had been opened at the same time. This is now fixed.
