TSE Plugins updates X30 to v1.6

TSE Plugins has updated X30, the High-Gain Guitar Amplifier plug-in, to v1.6.

Changes:

Updated GUI/Skin.
Updated internal processing library (filters/oversampling routine, etc.).
Two different 12AX7 models: The original Sovtek 12AX7 and a new Sylvania 12AX7 model.
