PowerFX releases OS X VST version of SoundShuttle

PowerFX are now shipping the Mac OS X VST version of their SoundShuttle plugin. SoundShuttle allows samples & sound effects from the PowerFX range to be auditioned from within any Mac OSX VST sequencer, giving users the ability to preview sounds in their composition before buying them. An Audio Units version of the plugin is expected soon.

The SoundShuttle plugin is available for $19.95 which includes 10 sound credits.

How it works:

After initial free registration, users are automatically logged in to the entire PowerFX online database for instant access to thousands of sounds and samples. Users can buy credits, obtain account information, and even access their personal page (a storage locker for purchased sounds) all from within Sound Shuttle. The plug-in is intelligently designed, fast, efficient and streams high quality audio in real time.
