Tasmodia releases "Ace Cream" and "Accelerator" Soundsets for ACE

11th August 2010

Tasmodia has announced the release of "Ace Cream" and "Accelerator", two new soundsets for u-he's ACE software synthesizer.

Each set includes 130 sounds which all make a good use of ACE's freely routable MIDI controller section for realtime manipulation and more expressive play.

"Ace Cream" features many fresh and flexible sounds for various electronic music styles. You'll find punchy basses and synth sounds, energetic chords, lively pads and many sequenced sounds like pulses, trance-gates and melodic patterns.

"Accelerator" in contrast features a host of unique and unusual sounds for ambient, minimal, and experimental electronic music as well as for soundtrack work or whenever you want to add a unique sound or effect to your track. You can find mind-bending sounds of all sorts, pitch-drifting basses, noisy leads, minimal blips & beeps, crazy sci-fi sfx, modular screams, and twisted pads as well as intricate soundscapes & spaces.

On the Tasmodia website you can find more information and audio demos as well as "Acetone", a set of free ACE presets that also includes 10 demo presets from each of the two commercial sets.

The sets are available immediately for €19.75 each (€23.50 incl. 19% VAT when purchased from inside the EU). There's also a 20% discount on the second set if both sets will be purchased at once.
