KVR: DashSignature EVE v1.2.4 released

DashSignature have updated EVE to v1.2.4.

Changes:

New feature. SoundSet Rotation. Just click on the "A/B/C" on the left of the SoundSet name to select the next SoundSet from its Category.
Small internal updates and fixes.
