DDMF updates 6144 EQ to v1.1

DDMF has updated 6144 EQ to version 1.1.

Due to popular request, the Neve-modelled equalizer 6144 has now slightly left the path of a religious copy of the Portico 5033: a low-cut and a high-cut filter have been added, to make it even more usable as an everyday tracking EQ. The controls for these new filters have been integrated into the shelving controls, so that the GUI hardly had to change. A few minor bugs were addressed as well.
