Voxengo updates Elephant Mastering Limiter to v3.9 (incl. Mac 64-bit)

Voxengo has updated the mastering limiter plug-in Elephant to version 3.9, which includes native 64-bit AudioUnit and VST support on Mac OS X.

Changes:
