KusoSynth has been updated to v0.4.
Changes since v0.2:
ADSR Amp Envelope added.
Osc De-tune parameter added
Portamento now functions correctly.
Fixed the note-off ignored from KB bug.
Support bend/volume/pan from MIDI.
