MOTU MachFive v1.2 released

MOTU have updated MachFive for Windows and Mac OS X to v1.2.
Changes:
[OSX] Adds streaming functionality to MAS, AU, VST, RTAS and HTDM.
Minor improvements to MachFive and UVIX (inc. Kontakt import for OS X).
