Orange Tree Samples releases "Evolution Rosewood Grand" sample library for Kontakt

Orange Tree Samples has released Evolution Rosewood Grand, a new grand piano sample library for Kontakt that features 12 dynamic layers and 2x round-robin.

Its interface allows the user to customize the velocity response curve to suit their preferences as well as set the soft polyphony limit for voice conservation. The interface also lets the user fine-tune elements such as the release volume, hammer release volume, pedal noises, as well as the damper pedal ambience level. Evolution Rosewood Grand includes EQ, compressor, and reverb effects built into the library's interface.

Evolution Rosewood Grand's key features include:

• Over 7 GB of samples.
• 12 velocity layers, 2x round-robin, chromatically sampled.
• Scripting for damper modeling, pedal techniques (half-pedaling, repedaling, etc.), and sympathetic resonance.
• Onboard compressor, EQ, and reverb effects.
• External preset system for preset sharing.

Price: $179. There is an introductory price of $139 until February 28th, 2013.
