Modartt updates Pianoteq to v4.5.2 - releases AAX version

Modartt has updated Pianoteq to v4.5.2, which also sees the release of an AAX version for Pro Tools 11.

Changes:

• Pianoteq is now available as an AAX plugin for Pro Tools 11.
• The interface tooltips have been translated to french.
• The condition slider is correctly saved and restored in Pianoteq STAGE.
