Sonik Synth 2 and SS2 FREE released

IK Multimedia and has released Sonik Synth 2, a co-production between IK Multimedia and Sonic Reality, which they describe as "the ultimate synth workstation", with "more synth and workstation instrument sounds than any other comparable hardware or software" - over 5,000 sounds from an 8 GB sample library.

Sampled flavors of every type of synthesis and vintage synth gear, plus a workstation sound set of important compositional tools, such as rich evolving motion synths, pads, leads, basses, electronic drums, percussion, and FX; as well as pianos, organs, guitars, drum kits and beats, orchestral instruments, human voices, ethnic instruments and more. Sonik Synth 2 also features a 152 MB, 3 dynamics, grand piano and other "first call high performance instruments".

They have also released Sonik Synth 2 FREE which is a fully working plug-in limited only by the provided sounds. It can be downloaded and used without any limitations.
