KVR: Wave Arts updates Power Suite to v4.0.9 (Win)

Wave Arts has updated all plug-ins in the Windows version of their Power Suite to v4.0.9.

Change:

Fixed preset saving bug on Windows versions that could delete other presets in preset file.
