Zero-G release Desert Tracks - Exotic Loops and Samples from North Africa and the Middle East

5th August 2015

Zero-G has released Desert Tracks, a multi-format sample library that provides 1.75 GB of exotic, traditional and contemporary rhythm, instrument and full music tracks from across Northern Africa and the Middle East, from countries such as Egypt, Morocco, Tunisia, Turkey and Iran.

The rhythms and music contained in this library are designed to echo the court and folk music of ancient Egypt, Arabia, the Ottoman Empire and Persia. Authenticity to the rhythms and music of the individual countries has been paramount in the creation of this collection whilst maintaining a modern feel.

The library is arranged by individual country with percussion loops and musical themes for each one as well as a contemporary selection. Additionally, loops of melodic instruments include Accordion, Kanoun, Oud, Ney Flute and Eastern Violin, whilst individual percussion loops of Darbuka, Doholla, Frame Drum, Riqq and Sagat are also included.

In total there are over 750 samples in Acidized Wav, AIFF Apple Loop and Rex2 formats all recorded in 24-bit audio. Kontakt, EXS24, HALion and NN-XT instruments are also included. All the samples in this library are 100% original and royalty-free for musical use without any additional licensing fees.

Price: $55.99.
