HoRNet updates FilterSolo to v1.1.3

HoRNet has released an update to FilterSolo, the multi mode resonant filter.

This update is a bug fix release and includes:

Fixed bug with LFO sync that may have caused some host to go mute on project loading.
Dropped RTAS support.
