Audio Damage has updated the Windows version of the free FuzzPlus 2 distortion plugin to version 2.1.

Changes include:

• Fixed a problem where certain hosts such as EnergyXT and Orion crashed or gave errors when the plugin's user interface was closed.
• Updated the plugin to VST 2.4.
• Minor changes to startup settings, so that the volume is no longer pegged when the plug is instantiated.

There are no changes in this update to the OSX version, which remains at 2.0. Universal Binaries and AU version coming within the month.
