jVSTwRapper has been updated to v0.9.

Highlights of the new release are:

• Full VST 2.4 support.
• Now licensed under LGPL.
• Added a remote debug configuration example in the ini file.
• Workaround for Cubase 3: redecoration code.
• Many bug fixes, see ChangeLog.txt that comes with the download.
