Way Out Ware updates KikAXXE for Mac OS X to v1.0.4

Way Out Ware has updated the Mac OS X version of KikAXXE to v1.0.4.

Changes:

Addresses an issue that caused it to fail on startup for some users.
Includes support for MIDI out of the step sequencer in the VST and RTAS versions.
