Intermorphic updates Noatikl to v1.5.0.12

Intermorphic has updated Noatikl to v1.5.0.12.

Changes since v1.5.0.10:

• Fixed the use of velocity envelopes when using patterns.
• Fixed the use of per-note velocity scaling factors in sub-patterns.
• Fixed the forum link.
• The Mac version now matches the Windows version and includes the updated icons/splash.
