H. G. Fortune releases STS-33 Space Transition Synthesizer

H. G. Fortune has updated the STS-26 Space Transition Synthesizer to v3.3, thus becoming the STS-33 Space Transition Synthesizer.

The STS-33 "Space Transition Synthesizer" features the "Wave-Transition" method best suited for atmospheres, soundscapes, pads & textures. A straightforward user interface with 10 dedicated"Lazy"-Buttons for randomizing different sets of parameters makes programming easy. The Transition method plus the new Super Modulation X/Y control pad add a new dimension and motion for an evolving sound changing completely its characteristics.

• New: Super Modulation X/Y Control Pad to modulate up to 8 destinations simultaneously.
• New: Step Modulator - even driven by keystroke on non legato play.
• New: Enhanced LFO Section with 6 LFO and SH&H with 5 being syncable to keystroke.

Pricing & Availability

STS-33 is available in three versions Free, Pro Lite (€25) and Pro (€45).

• The Pro version incorporates loading of soundfonts (SF2) & wave files (up to 24 Bit), and comes with a 2nd soundset comprising a 2nd waveset of 128 new waves plus 2 further patch banks.
• The Pro lite version is basically the Pro version minus the 2nd soundset.
• The 3 voice Free version supports only 64 patches per bank and is supplied with 3 banks (196 patches). The waves of the Lite version are stored internally with no option to load different SF2 nor wave files.
