Bug fixes:

• Bad timer for the Pianoroll scroll and Metronome ticking.
• Better Bank Manager - less questions asked.
• Some other minor bugs (like mixer settings were not read back from the arrangement).

• Changed some icons and some other minor things

Bug fixes:

• More test for null pointers.
