Companion Engineering & Design has updated Intuem to v4.0.4u.

This new version of Intuem fixes problems with the activation process in Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) and adds a new feature: You can now choose to have Intuem respond to MIDI when Intuem is not the front most application. With Intuem receiving MIDI in the background you can create a sophisticated studio environment with multiple MIDI/audio applications on your Mac at once for an expansive, rich, working environment.
