Ultimate Sound Bank, in partnership with its North American distributor ILIO, has announced the launch of its all-new website for its Soundscan product line at www.soundscan2.com. The new site allows users to demo and purchase products from the recently updated Soundscan Version 2 series, which offers a wide variety of professional quality loops and multi-sampled instruments.
The centrepiece of the new site is a searchable catalog containing the complete array of Soundscan products. With a collection of 62 libraries and growing, the enhanced search feature allows users to quickly and easily locate a product to meet their needs.
The all-new Soundscan Version 2 edition, which supports Audio, WAV, Acid, AIFF, Akai (S5/6000, Z4, Z8, MPC4000), EXS24, HALion, MachFive, Reason 2 (NN-XT), and Rex 2, is comprised of 11 initial volumes and will be continually expanded. Each volume contains hundreds of megabytes of material, priced at $39 for version 1 and $49 for version 2. The Soundscan collection includes a complete range of samples, from drum loops and complete Hip Hop production sets, to sound-design and world libraries.
