In order to give a quick and easily understood introduction to Pianoteq 3, Modartt has created several video tutorials for viewing and downloading on their site www.pianoteq.com.

Niclas Fogwall, in charge of Pianoteq sales and support, says: "We have noticed an increased need to explain in the form of illustrative videos what Pianoteq does and what distinguishes it from other software pianos. Being physically modelled, Pianoteq brings new possibilities which deserve being understood fully. People like to be entertained and using videos as a mean of learning has proved to be very effective and should suit our product very well."

The video tutorials show real life examples of how the piano sound can be transformed by adjusting physical parameters in the interface.

There are currently three video tutorials available:

Each video tutorial is between 4 and 5 minutes long and can be watched directly on their website in the Flash format. They can also be downloaded as AVI files in higher resolution.
