Prime Loops has announced the release of two new sample packs: Gasolina Beats and Tech House Synth Loops.
Gasolina Beats [£19.95]
The producer and engineer behind this sample pack release goes by the name of Justin Bendo. Justin's work has been featured on countless singles and albums worldwide for artists such as: Dr. Dre, Eminem, D12, Xzibit, Filter, Brian Holland (Holland/Dozier/Holland), Layzie Bone, Mary Wilson (Supremes) and many more. Justin also co-recorded 50 Cent's "P.I.M.P.", featuring Snoop Dogg, the Chart-topping hit song from the 'Get Rich or Die Trying' album.
Gasolina Beats is Justin's exclusive debut sample pack for Prime Loops, and contains 390+ beats suited to Hip Hop, R&B, Dirty South, Dubstep, Grime, Trip Hop, Electronica or Fusion productions. This collection takes you on a journey of styles right through from smooth, sexy, silky jams, moving into big, furious, hard edged underground joints, according to Prime Loops.
Gasolina Beats Vol. 1 has been designed as loopable audio files, which can be quickly and easily combined to create custom-made drumbeats. In addition to these radio-ready premixed loops, you also get the entire single track looped Kicks, Snares, Hi-Hats, FX, Percussion and other sounds, programmed recorded and looped in 24-bit audio. Tech House Synth Loops [£19.95]
Following on from the Tech House Drum Loops release, Prime Loops has released Tech House Synth Loops with over 150 "tearing synth riffs hand-crafted and mastered for enhanced production workflow". This release can be used to created a wide variety of styles including Tech, Progressive, Electro, Funky, Main Room, Swingin,' Filthy and Jackin House.
Each individual loop has been recorded and mastered via Pro Tools TDM, and compression supplied by the outboard TL Audio Ivory Valve. Analogue Synthesizers such as the Nord Lead, Mopho and Korg Prophecy have all made an appearance, giving the "full bodied, authentic sound heard in today's hottest tracks".
Artist such as Mark Knight, Deadmau5, Bingo Players, D Ramirez, John Tejada, Jakarta, Laurent Garnier and many more have played a great role in the influence of this sample pack's production, according to Prime Loops.
The author behind this release is producer and engineer Scott Tonic: "I wanted to give a selection of 'ready to go' loops with a more complete feel, with percussion, glitches, white noise and reverbs already added - which you can easily drop into your track for instant inspiration, as well as allowing maximum flexibility by including other loops with their individual broken out elements for more complex track building. All of the loops are at 128bpm and key information is provided for easy mixing and matching of the 150+ loops in the pack, giving even more creative possibilities.
