GMedia have released Volume 3 of their M-Tron Tape banks expansion series.

For volume 3 Klaus Hoffmann-Hock, the man behind Volume 2, has uncovered yet more sonic rarities. In addition to these they've also included several sound effects tapes, a recreation of Mike Pinder's legendary Halfspeed Mightytron sound, plus several new choirs and instruments which were recorded at their local church!

Apparently, the idea behind these new sounds was "to add some unique timbres to complement the existing 'Tron choir sounds and bring a vague 21st century flavour to the M-Tron."

Volume 3 is available for immediate purchase for £32.95.

Also imminently available from GMedia is "The Ohm Force Experience" -- basically a bundled boxed version of 5 Ohm Force effect plugins in VST (Win/Mac9/MacX), DX (Win), MAS (Mac9) and AU (MacX). TOFE includes OhmBoyz, Mobilohm, Predatohm, Hematohm and Frohmage and can be preordered for £208.95. Shipping should commence by 30th September.

Lastly, GMedia have also announced the shipping date for impOSCar.

The impOSCar is an emulation of the classic British synth the OSCar, faithfully recreating ALL the features of the original hardware synthesiser, plus adding some notable new features of its own. The impOSCar is capable of loading original sounds via sysex and tape (via WAV files) and adds additional features such as a fully polyphonic mode, keyboard velocity responses, additional filter modes and an all new effects section, making it a true 'classic' for the 21st Century!

The release date for impOSCar has now been confirmed as November 5th 2003 and will be available for Windows (VST) and Mac (VST/AU) for £99.95 ($179.95) They have a collection of MP3 demos up on their site so go check them out.
