The Lower Rhythm has announced the release of D15/2, a new free stereo, vintage-style analogue drum synth VST instrument plug-in for Windows (it costs $11.99).
D15/2 follows standard trigger placement and is fully tunable - this means that you can alter nearly every possible parameter that defines how the drum voices sound. With a total of 16 voices (including two kick paths), global and bass drum dedicated bit crushers (one of each), two mixed output channels including a tube emulation with pre / post gain as well as a master reverb, the D15/2 lends a good level of control and variation to the analog drum concept.
Feature List:
- 16 voices including 2 BD voices.
- Two bit crushers (one on BD channel, one on the master).
- Master room reverb.
- Clean and tube emulated (with pre/post gain) output channels.
