Maizesoft updates Maize Sampler to v2.13

Maizesoft recently updated Maize Sampler to version 2.13.

Changes:

• Fixed a problem that the program change message is not delivered.
• Added selected group names label to the GUI editor.
• Added instrument expiration feature.
• Double clicking on the player won’t bring up the about box anymore and the serial number box won’t be there if the instrument is not protected.
