Christian Budde (ITA) releases VST Plugin Analyser

Christian Budde has released the VST Plugin Analyser, a simple Windows VST Host that does an FFT and performance analysis of a given VST-Plugin.

This is the first alpha release (0.0.7) and more features will be implemented in the coming months.
