Manifold Labs has announced that Plugzilla now ships with 8 channels of audio I/O, additional software features, and a lower price tag.

Plugzilla extends its capabilities by giving users a path to surround sound and the ability to process more channels from a single location. In addition, the new "Limited Edition" offers tap tempo, more efficient CPU utilization, improved routing, and slot solo.

The list price of the Limited Edition Plugzilla is $2995, and units are available immediately.

Manifold Labs also announced that Princeton Digital has agreed to support Plugzilla by bundling its VST reverb plug-in, 2016 Stereo Room, with Plugzilla! 2016 Stereo Room supports sample rates of 44.1, 48, and 96 KHz. Each instance of the highly efficient plug-in consumes less than 10% of Plugzilla's CPU power.
