Changes:
- Solved problem with current program index recall (related with chunk-based when loading projects).
- Changed the arrow-buttons orientation (instance and program selection).
- Tempo change is now taken into account in pattern calls (it modifies global tempo).
- Changed the way Aodix reports itself with plug-ins that support on-the-fly I/O number changes.
- Modified host VST automation callback. Fixes a security issue with some VSTs (CA5000, maybe others).
