DSP-Quattro version 2.1 has been released.New:
- Latency Compensation is now fully supported for real time and off-line AU/VST plug-in processing with the sample precision.
- Unlimited number number of plug-in slots on Effx sends: now this number is configurable by the user.
- New Audio CD track ISRC and disc EAN/UPC codes support for audio CD burning (MacOS 10.3 or newer only).
- New Audio CD track PQ subcodes support: CopyProhibition and Pre-Emphasis options (MacOS 10.3 or newer only).
- ISRC, EAN/UPC, PQ codes are compatible with Jam audio CD Images.
- New 'Reset' option on the File popup menu on Effx send windows to clear all the sends with only one command.
- Now an empty effect slot on the Effx send can be turned ON/OFF also without any effect, so it can be used as additional gain factor also for processing.
- SCSI dumps are now fully compatible with the MacOS X IOKit for 10.3 or newer compatibility (Roland S760 SCSI dumps are supported on MacOS 8/9 ONLY).
- The PlayList pauses are burned as reverse counter on audio CD.
- Better pause values support doing export/import of audio CD images with Jam/Toast.
- Now the user can choose to dispose the audio file documents when removing the corresponding items from the BatchProcessor.
- Now the BatchProcessing table scrolls following the item which is under processing.
- Very much better BatchProcessing table visual updates during processing.
- Better file extensions management doing BatchProcessing.
- Now the PlayList table scrolls following the item which is playing.
- Now the GenericMarkersToRegions function uses the marker names creating the names of new regions.
- Now ImportRawData function always force the RAWData file type, also for known audio file formats.
- New 'SampleStart Offset' parameter doing ImportRawData.
- New options in Preferences.
- Several other minor improvements.
- Fixed a problem starting cd-rom burning when a blank disc has been inserted before DSP-Quattro asks for it.
- Fixed a bug in the 'replace with xfade' algorithm interface.
- Fixed a bug ordering new files on the PlayList table, when doing Drag&Drop or importing Jam AudioCD images.
- Now menus are correctly greyed-out when DSP-Quattro displays the AudioCDROM burning dialog.
- Other minor bug fixes.
