Acon releases Studio Necessities v2.0

Acon Digital has released version 2.0 of their "Studio Necessities" DirectX plug-in pack, which consists of StudioVerb, StudioModulator, StudioEQ, StudioDynamics, StudioDelay, and the new in v2.0 StudioLimiter.

Changes:

  • New Plug-in: StudioLimiter is a brick wall limiter plug-in suitable for increasing the overall level of final mixes.
  • The GUIs were completely redesigned for all plug-ins.
  • Further improvements were made in the reverb algorithm, which now allows even higher densities without coloration.
  • StudioDelay now supports a tempo synch mode, where the delay times are specified in beats.

The upgrade is free for registered owners of version 1.0 and costs US$49.90 for new customers.
