BEB Digital Audio has released a demo version of Effektor, the new VST host application that aims to transform any ASIO compatible program into a plug-in that can be integrated into a patch of VST plug-ins, with complete MIDI automation if needed.

Features:

• Up to 8 VST/VSTi plug-ins in the same patch, with no restriction in audio and MIDI routing between modules.
• Transforms a DJ player program or music software into a plug-in, that can be connected to any other plugin in the patch.
• Full MIDI automation (with external program remote control capability).
• Compatible with many ASIO compliant programs (tested with Traktor DJ Studio 2, Traktor DJ Studio 3, Pioneer DJS, djDecks, Reason 3,...).

The full version of Effektor is expected to be released by the end of April.
