The Mac OS X version of Focusrite's Liquid Mix, hardware DSP compressor / EQ with plug-in software front-end, is now shipping worldwide, with the Windows XP version expected to be released in October 2006. The final list of 40 compressor and 20 EQ emulations is available here, along with version 1.1.1 of the Liquid Mix Manager and Liquid Mix VST plug-ins for Mac OS X.

Liquid Mix ships with a Liquid Mix FXpansion VST to RTAS wrapper, ensuring it works with both Pro Tools HD and LE (This requires Pro Tools 7.0; operation with earlier versions will require the full version of FXpansion's VST to RTAS wrapper).

Liquid Mix can be purchased for around $799 / €730 / £499 (incl. VAT).
