Goldbaby Productions has released The Tape808, a new 24-bit drum library in Battery, iDrum, Guru, Refill and wav formats, containing 407 samples taken from two Roland TR-808s recorded into an Ampex 351 1/2" valve 2 track tape machine. The 808s were also put through other vintage gear and recorded naked into a Metric Halo ULN-2 firewire audio card. Then the best samples were chosen.

The Tape808 is priced at $24 for the Battery, Guru, iDrum and Refill versions and $19 for the sample pack.
