PowerFX has announced the release of Global Groove Groundworks Vol. 1, a new REX format sample library featuring indigenous percussion loops from India, Algeria, Congo, Turkey, Ghana, South Africa, Iran, Nigeria and Pakistan on instruments like Darbuka, Djembe, Dholak, Tabla, Frame Drum, Log Drum, Udu, Bendir, Ganjira, Crashbox, Mridangram ,Talking Drums, World Drumset Beats and more.

This comprehensive percussion loop package aims to spice up and enhance your production and/or provide the drum foundations for all types of groovy, dance, hiphop or electronica.

Global Groove Groundworks Vol. 1 costs $69 (download) and includes 396 RMX compatible Rex2 files for Reason, Stylus and other Rex2 reading software for maximum tempo control.
