Algoriddim has updated djay to v2.0.1. This new version contains various improvements, performance boosts and fixes several issues on Leopard. The most notable additions, improvements and fixes include:

  • New: Redesigned AUTOMIX logo.
  • New: Enabled song searching and category browsing in music library during AUTOMIX.
  • New: When starting AUTOMIX while a song is running, it plays the song until the end before AUTOMIX proceeds to the next song in the playlist.
  • Improvement: Cover Artwork loads 5x times faster.
  • Improvement: Increased slider animation duration from 0.7 seconds to 2.0 seconds (when holding mouse button on slider).
  • Fix: Protected DRM songs do not start immediately after loading during AUTOMIX any more.
  • Fix: AUTOMIX now preserves the default transition style and duration after AUTOMIX is stopped.
  • Fix: Issue with third party AU effect plug-ins that do not properly populate manufacturer name.
  • Fix: Issue with unsupported third party audio hardware drivers.
