EastWest has released updates for its PLAY software (v1.0.055) and also for its Quantum Leap Goliath instrument (v1.0.4).
PLAY Software v1.0.055 changes:
- Fixed clicks in Goliath sub sonic bass.ewi.
- Implemented CPU overload protection.
- Total recall chunks are now compressed for VST and RTAS to reduce chunk size.
- Changed default streaming engine level to 2.
- Changed replace all and replace current instrument behavior if more than one instrument is loaded.
- PLAY RTAS now creates 16 MIDI channels in Pro Tools.
- PLAY VST is now recognized as multi channel plugin.
- Fixed browser last path bug.
- Fixed browser redraw problems for Digital Performer and Pro Tools.
- Fixed "Always on Top" - blank PLAY GUI & freeze in Cubase 4.
- Fixed VST version number information.
- Fixed legato articulations when new instrument added.
Quantum Leap Goliath Instrument v1.0.4 changes:
- Deep breathing patch corrected.
- Fixed sample end times for some organ patches.
