Togu Audio Line updates TAL-U-No-62 to v1.3

Togu Audio Line has updated TAL-U-No-62 to v1.3. This update includes some improvements in the voice management - the number of voices is adjustable now. This is useful for saving CPU especially for notes with long release times. A panic button for resetting hanging notes is also available now.
